I started my real estate career in 2010 with an emphasis on working for buyers and assisting with relocation & leasing. Skilled in leadership functions such as training and mentoring, I've run my own successful company, among training and support for other agents. I pride myself on integrity, understanding my clients' needs, and attention to detail. My husband and I run a mortgage division in Kitty Hawk, The Evans Lending Team, and we are active investors in The Outer Banks. Our dedication to our clients' needs speaks for itself. We actively buy and sell in the OBX. We work with many people from property management companies to attorneys.
